Mr. Secretary Creech Jones to refer to the letter dated the 11th May, 1947, to which you are a signatory, containing certain representations on the subject of seniority and salary in the Hong Kong Police Force, end to say that the Acting Governor, Hong Kong, has been asked for a report on the matters raised in that letter. A further communication will be addressed to you in due course.
