MR. HAROLD MC.MILLAN, M.P. HOUSE OF COMMONS.

Dear Sir,

FLAT 15,

BREEZY POINT, PARK ROAD,

HONG KONG.

80

I would deem it a great favour if you will give the

attached documents your very earnest attention with a view to

righting an existing wrong, which, although I make this personal

matter, in effect, is the case of all Pre-War Officers of the

Hong Kong Police Force, numbering around 200.

A. LESLIE and the reply he (Mr. ROSE) received was :-

"That means the one you sponsored never went very far."

In effect this is the matter which is included in

attached documents and it will be seen from a Memo dated

20/3/1947 at 'K' which I received from the Commissioner of

Police informing me that such petition had been forwarded to

the Secretary of State.

At this stage Sir, I would like to inform you that

for the past 12 months I have been very active on behalf of

the Pre-Tar
