Police Force.
Your confidential staff despatch No.67 of 29th April 1947.
1. I approve the promotion of Inspector Cyril Willcox to the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police on probation, with effect from the 1st April 1947. As this promotion involves admission to the Colonial Police Service I should be glad if you would furnish me with a personal record form in respect of this Officer.
2. I should be grateful if you would similarly furnish me with personal record forms in respect of Messrs. W.Ritchie, C.Mottram, and N. B. Fraser, all three former Inspectors whose promotion to the rank of Assistant Superintendent on probation I have recently approved (see my telegrams No. 525 and 614 of 29th March and 15th April respectively).
