Officers on contract. 1947 4; 1948 One (repeat one) officer with establishment experience for one - year contract as Organisation Expert, My savingram No.248 of 8th May refers. One (repeat one) with experience of Labour Exchange Work, 3 year contract, age preferably about 40. One (repeat one) with experience of work with elected municipality, 3-year contract. One (repeat one) experienced officer for post of Registrar Co-operative Societies, year contract. My staff despatch No.45 or 10th March refers. Above would all be additional to existing approved establishment and a further despatch on this subject will be addressed to you in the near future.
