Chief Internal Events Reported.
(a) Hong Kong Government will issue Rehabilitation Bonds. The success of the issue is predicted. (Kung Sheung Daily Press, 10/3)

(c) Very strong Chinese opposition to Income Tax in any form is regis- tered through the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, both in Hong Kong and Kowloon.
