1. Agreement with Directors of both Companies in final stage of negotiation to following effect.
Firstly. Operation Directors under direction of Military Authorities for period of six months from 1st September 1945.
Secondly. Military Administration pay all operation and general charges in respect of period of agreement but Directors fees excluded.
Thirdly. All earnings will be for the account of Military Administration.
Fourthly. Military Administration will employ and pay personnel of both Companies.
Fifthly. No depreciation shall be charged for use of plant, but Military administration shall restore to reasonable effective running condition, such plant as they may have operated or utilised under the agreement.
