"The Chief Justice acting in purported
exercise of the divorce jurisdiction
of the Supreme Court at Stanley, Hong
Kóng".
I note there is now further
evidence strongly supporting assumption
that husband was domiciled in Hong Kong
at relevant date.
If however there is
room for slightest doubt as to husband's
domicile at that time, I consider it
