As I explained in my telegram No.345 this
statement in a slightly amplified form will be released in
Hong Kong on the evening of 7th April in the form of an
address by myself to the Court of the University on that
date. The statement will be published in the Hong Kong
Press on the morning of April 8th.

being sent by air mail to the Information Officer, Shanghai.
