to say that unless the Report of the University of Hong Kong is of special interest to the Export Promotion Department, we should be pleased to have it for the Library here. Reports and Calendars of this University were kept here before the war, and it would be of interest to us to have a copy of the first Report which has been issued since the Japanese occupation.
