of a letter dated 12th April received from the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Naviga tion Company about the insurance of a gold trowel recently despatched to Hong Kong.
I am to request you to pay the Company the sum of £1. 3. O in respect of the premium from Hong Kong funds and inform the Hong Kong Government when you have done so.
