I should be very glad if we could have a talk on this matter, if possible on Monday afternoon after our talk on the Salaries Commission.
It was my impression that the grant which you are expecting from the University Grants Committco is to meet rehabilitation costs, in which case, we shall not require to go to the Treasury for a grant from the U.. to meet this expenditure.
