On this last (the University) there is a new stir of interest. I was asked at the Ex.Co. to give some account of my work on this in London, my conversations with Lloyd and you and my attendance at meetings of the Inter-Universities Board and the Grants Committee. H.E. has called a meeting of the leading non-officials for Thursday next to discuss a programme of development in stages based on xxxistan assurances but chiefly on hopes.
