I agree very largely with the point in Mr. Mayle's second paragraph, although there is, of course, some risk that if we open our mouths too wide to bite the whole cherry Sir Orme Sargent may find it more difficult to accept the invitation to endorse our bill (if I may be pardoned for indulging rather freely in metaphor).

I have, however, added a final paragraph to the retyped version of the new draft, which you may wish to strike out if you think it too dangerous, but which on the whole I think cannot do too much harm.
