The counterfoil is to have a serial number and the number on the back of the ballot paper is to correspond with the number on the counterfoil.
Nothing is to be printed on the ballot paper except in accordance with this Schedule.
The surname of each candidate, and if there are two or more candidates of the same surname, also the other names of such candidates, shall be printed in large characters.
The names, places of residence and descriptions and also the number, and words on the back of the ballot paper, shall be printed in small characters.
