10. For the purposes of this Part of this Schedule
a person shall be deemed to be registered as an elector
if he is registered in the register of electors for the
ward or the whole Municipality, as the case may be, which
will be in force on the day of election, or if, pending
the coming into force of that register, his name appears
in the electors lists for that register as corrected by
the registration officer.
11. In computing any period of time for the purposes
of this Schedule a Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday and
any other day which is by law a General Holiday shall be
disregarded and any such day shall not be treated as a day
for the purpose of any proceeding under this Schedule.
