extremity of A Kung Ngam Point (some-times known as Kung Am)

On the West A straight line drawn from the westernmost point

of the Island of Hong Kong to the westernmost point of Green

Island, thence a straight line drawn from the westernmost poir

of Green Island to the westernmost point of Stonecutters

Island, and thence a straight line drawn true North from the

westernmost extremity of Stonecutters Island to the mainland.

(2) The boundaries of the Port of Hong Kong as above mentioned and as

amended from time to time by Ordinance may be extended to include any

immoveable property hereafter acquired or occupied by the Port Trust

and the public roads thereon and, subject to any right of private

property therein, any portion of the shore or bank within 15 yards

of high water mark.

(3) A reference in this Ordinance either generally or particularly to any

provision of any other Ordinance shall, if such provision is amended

or replaced, be construed as a reference to the provision as so

amended or replaced.

(4) A reference in this Ordinance to any other Ordinance shall be deemer

to include a reference to all rules, regulations, by-laws, proclama-

tions, notifications and instruments made, issued or executed under

such Ordinance and for the time being in force.
