The Minutes of the Sixth Meeting, with minor amendments agreed by the members, were signed by the Chairman.
DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
The Chairman reported that Mr. Colman had been appointed by His Excellency the Governor to conduct a survey of the Port facilities and to review the various Port Development Plans submitted to Government, and to make recommendations thereon for incorporation in an overall development plan; and further, that Mr. Colman had been appointed a member of the Development Committee and Chairman of the Port Development Sub-Committee of the Development Committee.
THE COMMITTEE'S REPORT.
After considerable discussion, mainly about the constitution of the proposed Port Committee, and particularly with regard to the appointment of the Chairman, the following amendments were agreed. The references in respect of paragraphs 1 to 14 relate to the draft report circulated to members on the 1st November, whereas the references to paragraph 15 relate to the revision circulated to members on the 12th November.
