With the consent of the meeting the Minutos of the Fifth Meeting, which had been circulated to members, were signed by the Chairman.
MATTERS ARISING OUT OF THE MINUTES.
a.
The Chairman reported that a letter had been received from Government acknowledging the receipt of a letter sent on behalf of the Committee (Minute 5, Fourth Meeting) about the nced for a Development Plan, and informed the Committee that their representations were receiving attention.
b.
The Chairman reported that further representations had been received in response to the invitation issued initially on 23rd September, 1946, and had been circulated or tabled, and that only two additional representations were now expected.
