MATTERS ARISING OUT OF THE MINUTES.

Mr. Landale and Mr. Kadoorie. It was agreed that the list should be extended to include representatives of the banks, stevedoring firms, and consignees, and that copies of the Owen Report and the Committee's terms of reference should be sent to them with an invitation to submit written representations and an inquiry whether they wished to appear before the Committee; and that the Committee, after it had discussed Mr. Colman's views, would decide the order in which those wishing to do so would be invited to appear before the Committee.
