Indian Police.

Agree that grant of rations would differentiate too greatly in favour of Indians. Expatriation allowance would be pensionable, so not (corrupt group ?satisfactory), I propose, therefore, that Indian Police should not (repeat not) receive free rations, but should be paid non pensionable residential allowance of 20% of their total emoluments, including basic pay, rehabilitation allowance and high cost of living allowance, The residential allowance would be subject to maximum of $50 per mensen, this would be a temporary measure subject to review by the Salaries Commission. Suitable arrangements for (supply of) Indian diets on (corrupt group coupons) would be made by Commissioner of Police.
