In continuance of my letter of the 8th June to Wagstaff about out- standing matters con ected with the British Military Administration in the Par cistern Colonial territories, I now enclose a copy of Hong Kong Savingram No.525, with its enclosures, which has just been received, NO comment seems necessary by us, unless it is that the distinction drawn in paragraph 4 is, I think, clear to all concerned.
We will continue to keep you posted; and we note what you say in your letter of the 18th July with regard to the Borneo territories.
