I am grateful for very full information given bus oving to the short time available for a reply I can only comment gszerally at this stage. I had intended to comment more fully on the Ccmander-in-Chief'a telegram 0. Al3685 cr 3rd April but deferred doing so perding consultation with Follows. This has now proved to ba ingonuible and I will comment as fully es possible after dlõcussions with it is hoped to errengoad with MacDougall en July 26tn.
