2. Chinese Nationals require visas, but they may be granted without reference, provided you are satisfied as to bona fides and accommodation Hong Kong is assured.

3. Business men, with the exception of German and other ex-enemy aliens, stateless, and all U.S.S.R. and satellite countries' nationals, may be granted visas without reference, provided they have genuine connexion with reputable Hong Kong business houses and have accommodation assured.
