In that capacity ne sat as u member of the Rhodesia and Nyasaland Court of appe al and the resident of the Court, the Chief Justice of Southern Rhodesia, wrote spontaneously to my legal Adviser (who has a very high opinion of Lockhart-unith's ability) to praise his work on the Court.
