Dear Robison,
There exists a certain difference of
opinion as to what was said and what was not said at the meeting between Cox, myself, Bishop Hall and others including yourself in London on the 22nd of September, 1948 in Room 542 at Church House at 4.00 p.m.
I should be glad therefore if you would 148 let me know urgently whether your Savingram No. 1010 of
the 8th October, 1948 on the Education Grant Code contains the full minutes of the meeting. If not, I shall be very grateful for a copy of those minutes by Air Mail and I would of course keep them confidential if you so desire.
