(b) Additions for Training. For teachers who have spent three years in approved study and/or training both the minimum and the maximum of the appropriate
scale shall be increased by the amount of one increment. For teachers who
have so spent four years the minimum and maximum shall be increased by the
amount of two increments. For teachers who have so spent five years or more
the minimum and the maximm shall be increased by the amount of three
increments.
(c) Additions for Graduate Teachers. For Graduates the minimum of the
appropriate scale shall be increased (or, in the case of teachers qualifying
for the additions under Sub-section 4 (b) above, shall be further increased)
by the amount of one increment, and the maximum shall be increased (or
further increased) by the amount of two increments.
These additions shall ·
not, however, be given during any period in respect of which the teacher
is in receipt of an allowance under the terms of Section 9 (a) below.
