is proposed that locally recruited officers promoted
from the Inspectorate should be sent to the U.K. for
a year's c urse at the Police Training College at
Hendon or any similar training instituti n, followed
by a year's EMF attabhment to a United Kingdom
Police Force. The Hendon Police College has not yet
been reopened and it is doubtful whether the courses
