I appreciate difficulty which you have raised in regard to senior promotion posts and before I give you a definite answer I wish to obtain views of the Executive Council.

2. Before I consult them, however, I should be grateful to learn if there would be any objection on your part to incorporation of a clause in the regulations to be made under the bill limiting exclusione from the Public Services Cozisofon's purring to the following:-
