I suggest that the following posts should be added to those excluded from the purview of the Commission:-
The Governor or an office of which the holder is a member of the Governor's personal staff.

The Chairman or any member of the Public Services Commission.
(c)
Any office or rank in any naval, military or air force constituted or raised under any written law.
3. As regards superscale posts which will still remain within the purview of the Commission, I consider that the authority of the Secretary of State, as set out in Colonial Regulations 23 - 26,
