Chairman of the Public Services Commission, do swear
member
declare and affirm
selemnly and sincerely
that I will freely and without fear or favour,
affection or ill will, give my counsel and advice to the Government
of Hong Kong in connection with all such matters as may be referred
to the Public Services Commission under the Public Services
Commission Ordinance, 1948, and that I will not directly or
indirectly reveal any such matters to any unauthorised person or
otherwise than in the course of duty.
