At today's meeting of the Executive Council Unofficial Membora were restivo at the prospect of further delay in announcing a decision and publishing report, more
particularly in view of local comment on Ka)oyan publication. They strongly and unanimously urged that a decision should be announced before the end of this month and drew my attention to the increasing signs of open dissatisfaction within public servico.
