As no observations or recommendations in paragraph 3 of your telegram have been received from Malayan Governmenta I presume they have none.
Subject therefore to no comments being received from Malayan doverments within soven days I approve your proposal to restrict £231 platform to basic salaries between £1,156 and £1,275 and to introduce a new platform of £250 for boste solarier batween £1,276 and 81,400.
