In view of discrepancy between the Trusted recommendations and temporary allowance now paid to det ly rated staff following acceptance of the interim report of the Joint Wuges Commission, Malayan Governmen propose un appoint committee at once without waiting for geneCUS Socision on the other recomendations of the trusted Report. Perms of reference as follows;~
(1) To examine the recommendations made be tha Wheon and Salaries Commission) for payment of tempo,ury allowance and cost of living allowance psspectively and to reornmerd to the two Govermeente what allowances should be held to all grades of Government mployees on revised patce t valeries and weges.
