increase in the number of super-scale posts
for Cadet Officers, I consider that the
grading of posts must be related to
the duties to be performed.

as to the posts at present held by

Class I Cadets and as to the further posts whieh in your view might suitably be held by Class I Cadets if the proposed increase in the number of super-scale posts were
approved.
