An Ordinance to amend the Gambling Ordinance, 1891.
[1st April, 1949.]
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof :
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Gambling Amendment Short title. Ordinance, 1949, and shall be read as one with the Gambling Ordinance, 1891, hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance. Ordinance

2. The principal Ordinance is hereby amended by the Addition of addition of the following section, after section 9, as section 9A: section 9A
9A.
