I have the honour to submit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance intituled:-
"Appropriation for 1948/1949 Ordinance, 1948".

A statement by the Attorney General that, in his opinion, assent may properly be given, is also enclosed.
3.
A comprehensive despatch dealing with the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for 1948/1949 will be forwarded as soon as final copies are received from the printers.
