This proposal is acceptable in prinsiple,
but full consideration mist await the
appointment or the senior Agricultural staff,
when detailed estimates can be worked out.
The cost of these surveys could be
from one of the allocations for Central

It will, however, be impossible for them to

because of shortage of technical staff and
