I have at last succeeded in hinking up
with this file the letter and enclosures from the F.B.I. at (21), which I had sent over to you separately. I should be grateful if you would kindly take up further the income tax question as quickly as possible (in this connection please see paragraph 3 of my minute of 7th July) and then let me have the papers back for consideration of Nos.20 and 22.

These papers have now come back to me from Mr. Bryant, and we have to take action on No. (22), with reference to para. 4 of our savingram to Hong Kong at No. (17). If you agree, I suggest we should send a/savingram to Hong Kong as in the draft opposite. I should be grateful if you would kindly insert the reference to the savingram in paragraph 4 of the draft: the `savingram in question is registered on 11007/12468 and 11007/13501.
