With reference to my letter of 11th June, I am enclosing a copy of a further telegram from Washington (No. 4015 of 18th June) on the question of U.N.R.R.A. assistance for Hong Kong.
I shall be grateful if you would
let me know as soon as possible whether it is desired that a formal application should be made to U.N.R.R.A. on behalf of this Colony.
