the service of documents requiring service and to have power

to order costs against any vendor or reassignor or con-

firmor refusing or being unwilling to execute such Assign-

ment, Reassignment or Confirmatory Deed.

(6) Upon the registration of any such Assignment, Reassignment

or Confirmatory Deed executed by an Officer of the Court

or of any such Vesting Order, the entries in green ink in

the Land Register relating to the property in question to

be struck out.
