which the wives and families of certain orricero in Hong Kong were erucuated prior to the outbreak of war with Japan, It will be appreciated that the claim is one which cannot be enlt with on an individual basis, but one which will have to be considered by the Hong Kong Covernment when civil alainistration is restored, sin espect of all offloors who were similarly affected,
