5. Reference to "Ordinance" in paragraph 3 or Savingram No.28 of the 25th February was made in ignorance of circular notes of 30th January and 3rd of March referred to in paragraph ij.

6. An Ordinance may also be required enabling the Military Tribunale to continue to function after restoration of Civil Government for the purpose of completing casee which are pending and to provide that committel to Military Courts shall be treated as committal to the Supreme Court.
