Kong about membership of the Legislative Council, in which you will see that Chau Sik Nin is recommended in place of Lee Yiu Cheung. Mr. N.L. Sith remembers S.N. Chưu end endorses
Brigadier MacDougall's recommendation. Will you let us know if you would like a reply to be sent agreeing to his nominetion.
You will also see that
Leo D'Almudo about whom we telegraphe yesterday has in Lect been approached and has agreed to serve on the
Council.
