YOUNG, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the
Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the
same, do by these presents appoint you JOSEPH PATRICK FEHILY, 0.B.E.,
provisionally, and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, to be
temporarily an Official Member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong in place of the Honourable Mr. Thomas Megarry who is acting as an
ex officio member of the Legislative Council.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony,
