the attached copy of a note of the con-
clusions we have reached after consultation
with the lawyers as to the validity or
marriages celebrated in Stanley Internment
Camp and the action that should be taken
in regard to these marriages and in regard
to the certificates of births and deaths
that were issued in the Camp.
Meanwhile We are sending a copy of there papers
