The meeting was opened by Mr. Cox who thanked Mr. Sloss on behalf of the Committee for the amount of work he had put in to compiling a 'Notes on The Hong Kong University', and for the Minutes of the last meeting.
The Minutes were read, and after discussions on items 1, 2, 3 and 5 which needed revision, they were passed and accepted.
