6. It was also agreed that the section No. VII entitled "Blue Print" in the original Note should be detached and annexed as an appendix to the revised note.

The Committee was of opinion that some attempt should be made to give a general estimate of the cost involved in implementing the recommendations contained
in this note and it was agreed that Mr. Sloss should draw up broad estimates including a reference to those that had been considered in connection with the West Indies. It was agreed that this financial estimate should be attached
to the draft note as a second appendix and sent to
Sir Mark Young for his information.
8.
It was agreed that consideration of the Constitution of the University (HKUAC 30) should be deferred until a future meeting.
