succeed in getting a Government decision if
Statesmen intervene by June or July. It is more
likely to be later than than, but I should not
think it unreasonable to have an announcement by

a wise course? As soon as the Civil Administration
takes over at the end of this month, the Committee
sees no objection in the formal reconstitution of the
organism of the University so far as that is practical.
