The amended report is about to go to the Printers, and in view of the unfortunate but inevitable delays that have already taken place, and as wo are anxious to et the whole thing into the hands of the Sec:etary of tate and on to the Foreign Office as soon as possible, I should be most grateful to you if you could let me have these letters back as soon as you conveniently can.
