The proof copies of the
Report of the Hong Kong University Advisory Committee have reached me this evening. Most of the corrections have been made by the Printing
Department and I have not myself yet read through the text..
In order not to hold
up Mr. Lloyd's letter to Sir ark Young, about which we have spoken we are sending one of these proofs to him and not waiting for the final copies.
You very kindly said that you would read the Report and make any necessary corrections. I think you also said some little time ago that you would let me know the initials and particulars, of Mr.Fitzgerald of the British Council referred to at the end of Appendix C.
